Antonio Galloni - 91 Points
"The 2016 Le Carillon de l’Angélus has an attractive bouquet of black fruit, briar and hawthorn aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannin. Quite masculine and sturdy in style for a Deuxième Vin, revealing veins of black chocolate and bell pepper toward the finish. I appreciate the density of this Carillon, which I suspect will give 8 to 10 years of drinking pleasure."
