Taittinger's NV Prestige Rosé is a champagne that immediately captivates with its shimmering and intense color, a testament to the meticulous artistry involved in its production as a blended rosé. This champagne presents fine bubbles and persistent foam. The nose is both generous and expressive, embodying freshness and youthful vibrancy. It releases a bouquet of red fruit aromas, including freshly crushed wild raspberries, cherries, and blackcurrants. Upon tasting, a delicate equilibrium unfolds, seamlessly balancing velvety texture with full-bodied character. The palate is graced with the essence of fresh and crisp red fruits, where four words resonate: lively, fruity, fresh, and sprightly. "The latest release of Taittinger's NV Brut Prestige Rosé is showing very well, revealing inviting aromas of red berries, plums, orange zest, crisp orchard fruit and freshly baked bread. Medium to full-bodied, fleshy but incisive, this bottling is based on the Brut Réserve, yet the addition of still red wine—much of which is produced in house—imparts structuring phenolics that complement the wine's generous core of fruit to great effect. Readers should not that this cuvée's clear glass makes it vulnerable to light strike, so it's especially important to buy properly stored bottles."

"Light orange-pink. Cherry, orange zest and fresh rose aromas show very good clarity and energy. Sappy red fruit flavors display a spicy quality, picking up energy and a floral nuance with air. Concentrated, vibrant and precise, finishing on a zesty mineral note, with lingering spiciness and firm grip."
