Highland Park Scotch 15 Year

Highland Park 15 Year Old Viking Heart is a wonderfully intricate single malt that unveils a tapestry of rich and spicy aromas upon opening, encompassing crème brulee, heather honey, and crumbled cinnamon. These are accompanied by an intense burst of fruity notes, where fresh pineapple harmonizes with lemon zest. Further layers emerge, reminiscent of freshly-baked sponge cake, warm and fragrant from the oven, adorned with toasted cinnamon shards.The aromatic waves of peat smoke carry lingering traces of citrus and vanilla. Crafted by Gordon Motion, the Master Whisky Maker, the 15 Year Old Viking Heart is a symphony of warm, spicy sherry seasoned European oak casks, artfully balanced with sherry seasoned American oak casks that contribute sweet vanilla nuances. The whisky's name is inspired by a heart motif subtly embossed on the decanter, and while age, experience, and tradition characterize this whisky, it is the enchantment of Orkney that truly sets it apart, where the wild harmony of flavors finds its culmination in the award-winning Highland Park Distillery since 1798.
