"Immensely promising, the 2012 Syrah, which was fermented with 50% whole cluster and aged all in three-year-old barrels, dishes out rich, complex aromatics, beautiful mid-palate depth and a full, rich profile that carries through the finish. As with the Pinot Noir, the purity of fruit is exceptional. Finishing with ripe tannin, this promising Syrah should be reasonably approachable on release and have just under a decade or longevity. Drink 2014-2021.
